    Restorative Meditation

    Prop up, rest up. 20 minute retorative practice with guided meditation. We move the breath through the whole body - leave this one feeling like you just snuck a 3 hour nap. Two blocks, bolster and blanket needed. If you don’t have props get creative with couch cushions and cozy up!
